Life comes at us from all directions

The good … The Bad

There will always be a storm
Yet also a calm to that storm

Too easy it is to just crumble

Giving into negative feelings and thoughts
Throwing in the towel before you even begin

We start pointing fingers
Blaming others before ourselves

All while standing in a paradise within our storm

Blind to where we are
Struggling to be present

Moments we will regret if we decision to crumble under the pressures
