A Burning Sky in Montreal - A Journey into Travel Photography with Photographer Marcus Lewis

A Burning Sky in Montreal

I’ve always said Montreal has some of the most amazing sunsets. Almost every night you will find the skies burning with light in the most peaceful way. For some reason the sun loves to paint the sky with these incredible colors. I’m sure it has something to do with being up north, but my goodness, you’d be hard pressed to walk outside and not find the sun burning through some amazing cloud cover.

In the photo, I headed over to Parc de la Cité-du-Havre right across from the Old Port of Montreal and found this amazing little place where you can see the entire cityscape of downtown. Such an great view as the sun started creeping down towards the horizon.

Hopefully as I continue my journey into travel photography I will end up in the north and everywhere in between to find more of these beauties. Would love to know more top spots where I can witness more of mother nature like this.

Enjoy the extra photographs I captured during this adventure around the park!
